Patient, Professional, Perfection. In such a daunting sad time I was greeted by the lovely Sienna who went above and beyond in explaining everything down to the fine little details to ensure that my mum had everything just how we wanted. On the day Lee was so patient and caring in going through what we wished for and ensuring that everything was perfect. The staff with Lee were so friendly and made the whole process much easier in a difficult time. I would highly recommend anyone to trust all at Payne & Sons with the job that they do. Thank you to all for making such a sad difficult time more manageable with ease.

First id like to start by saying that the staff at seaside branch are amazing,Sienna Karen and Lee made my aunties mums funeral the most comforting experience ever and made the whole event a blessing and for this we thank you from the bottom of our hearts,Your personal help and thoughts went along way with us and I couldn’t recommend them enough.So keep up the good work ok all the best from myself and Auntie Christine

Payne & Sons have arranged both my Mother and Father in Laws funerals and I can honestly say that their level of professionalism, their understanding and sensitivity to our needs were 100% met. All the staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end, they were smart, friendly and polite and they made what was two very sad occasions a lot more bearable, they took control, were informative and were extremely supportive to our family and friends.
Both of the funerals needed to be arranged quite quickly, one of them being held on 23rd December which wasn’t an issue for them, they reacted to all our family’s requests and nothing was to much trouble.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Payne & Sons funeral directors for the amazing job that the do.

Words cannot express how brilliant Payne & Sons are. They took excellent care of my Dad after his sudden passing with great compassion and professionalism. In particular Emily, Lee, Karen and Molly were great, always quick to answer any questions and arrange any accommodations without judgement. The care and service they provided I believe would be hard to match, which is always important when considering who is going to be guiding you and your family through difficult circumstances.
