I cannot express how truly grateful myself and my family are to Payne & Sons for the above and beyond service they've provided us during the difficult time of my Granny's passing.

It was such a comfort having someone as caring, compassionate and respectful as Lee looking after her, ourselves and the service. He was extremely understanding and accommodating of our wishes and having such open communication throughout the process really helped to put our minds at ease at such a difficult time.

Every detail was so well thought through right up until the day of the funeral, where Lee and Karen were an absolute pleasure to have with us. They were so uplifting and comforting at a time where we needed it most, even going so far as to add the surprise personal touch of putting my Granny's sunglasses on her little plush penguin to sit beside the casket on our drive to the venue. This really encaptured my Granny's sense of humor and she would've loved it!

The service was beautiful and our chosen Celebrant Martin beautifully reflected my Granny's life and spirit with such care, warmth and compassion.

I simply cannot thank Lee and the team enough for all they've done, and would highly reccomend them.

My children and I were so grateful to be looked after and guided by Sienna at Payne and Sons at this sad and difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and Sienna was kind and caring throughout so that we felt very confident leaving my husband/father in her care. We would thoroughly recommend Payne & Sons.

Recently used the services of this excellent funeral directors. The service we received was second to none and this included every member of staff that we met. We used their own chapel rather than the bigger crematorium and it was perfect. There was no rushing us out, no concerns about leaving for the next service, just a peaceful and beautifully delivered service.

Thank you so much to Molly Dowling for making the whole funeral experience for my mum so respectful and peaceful. Molly is a credit to the company and a true professional. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you also to her colleagues Karen and Josh who were also so kind. I cannot recommend this company and these people enough for what is a very tough time but made more reassuring and comforting by them all. Thank you.

A huge heartfelt thank you to Hollie and Sharon for a fantastic send off for our family member. Hollie was extremely patient with all the changes made and remained so helpful throughout the process. And Sharon was fantastic on the day. Everyone was extremely compassionate. Thank you so much x

Patient, Professional, Perfection. In such a daunting sad time I was greeted by the lovely Sienna who went above and beyond in explaining everything down to the fine little details to ensure that my mum had everything just how we wanted. On the day Lee was so patient and caring in going through what we wished for and ensuring that everything was perfect. The staff with Lee were so friendly and made the whole process much easier in a difficult time. I would highly recommend anyone to trust all at Payne & Sons with the job that they do. Thank you to all for making such a sad difficult time more manageable with ease.

First id like to start by saying that the staff at seaside branch are amazing,Sienna Karen and Lee made my aunties mums funeral the most comforting experience ever and made the whole event a blessing and for this we thank you from the bottom of our hearts,Your personal help and thoughts went along way with us and I couldn’t recommend them enough.So keep up the good work ok all the best from myself and Auntie Christine
